Local and Organic Food

Throughout the whole season, we buy our olive oil and honey organically produced in our local village "Faralya".

We use organic olive oil for all dishes. Last season we reportedly consumed 500lt of olive oil (half of a ton).

All lemon we consume comes from the local village and our garden. Our organic lemonade is our number one refreshment. We make our own organic lemon and wild orange jam; to serve for breakfast.

We try to buy whatever our local people have grown themselves.

We serve either grape or carob syrup organicaly made by local women for breakfast. It is delicious and healthy when mixed with tahini.

We make our own home-made bread and pizza's in our stone oven.

We have free-range chicken in our field. If you can go and find the eggs, we can serve them for you for breakfast!
